How to make Stir Fry Chicken Breast

Short cooking time for delicious dishes is on my mind this week and so its going to be Stir Fry Chicken Breast. Whilst some of us love hanging out in the kitchen for hours, others want to do the bare minimum and get to do other things.

Because I am currently trying to get rid of a kilo or two I have switched to foods that will add little fat to my diet for the next couple of days. I manage my weight by simply adjusting to foods like Chicken breast, lots of vegetables, very little carbs and lots of water. I will generally have my breakfast and lunch and skip dinner.

The more important thing I do also is check my weight regularly so I don’t pile on more than I will have the strong will to lose. Healthy weight helps keep other nutrition related diseases at bay.

Back to my Stir Fry Chicken Breast Strips….I usually will make a batch of this dish keep in the fridge for inclusion in my lunch box to work. I also see that this simple dish idea will come in handy when you are looking to make a simple dinner. Get some potato chips ready, some chicken strips and steamed vegetables and you are home and dry. Kids will love this on their noodles also.

Where to get chicken breasts? A lot of shops selling chicken parts in Nigeria do sell chicken breasts. Enjoy your cooking!
